How is it used:
Hammer Gel may be used straight, as a gel, in either single-serving pouches or in the five-serving Hammer Flask, or it may be mixed with water in a bottle to make a sports drink.
When should it be consumed?
If Hammer Gel is used as a pre-workout/race meal it should be consumed at least three hours prior to the workout/race. If this is not logistically feasible it should be consumed as close to the start of the workout/race as possible, approximately no later than 5-10 minutes prior.
